Perserverance
The climate in Acadia can be harsh and the soil thin. It takes a great deal of time for trees to establish themselves and to grow. Like humans, those in the toughest situations do not survive to life a full lifetime. Yet they struggle through and persevere as long as they can. They are a testament to life’s struggles.
